About The Bedford Town Colts

This season they consist of five teams ranging from Under 10's to Under 15's.

Bedford Town Colts FC are the youth section of Bedford Town Football Club. Bedford Town FC or The Eagles as they are commonly known are Bedfordshire's highest rated non-league team. They will be playing their football this season in the Southern League Premier Division.

The aim of Stuart Harding the Colts Youth Development Manager, and his management team is to point the players in the right direction so that they may one day play for the Bedford Town first team, or at an even higher level. Rene Howe is one example of a player who has been with Bedford Town since the under 9's, at 20 he has now moved on to Peterborough United on a professional contract.

Stuart Harding himself is a former Bedford Town player. Derwayne Stupple the under 14's manager is a current first team player, while other players have coaching roles.

This season will see the Colts expand to five teams, with new squads introduced at u10 and u11 age groups. All Bedford Town Colts teams will be playing in division 1 of their respective leagues.

The Under 10's will this season will play in the Filmergraphics Division One.

All other teams will play in the AVC Chiltern Youth Football League.
